Bastion Stars is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users. This Privacy Policy document has been created to inform you as to the ways Bastion Stars collects, stores, uses, and manages the information you provide.
Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited only to information collected by Bastion Stars through use of the Game Application. This Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Bastion Stars does not own or control.
Personal Data
While using the Game Application, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Email address
Your messages to the Game Application (client support requests)
Other data you choose to give us (e.g. data to identify your issue with the Game Application or identify a lost account)
Usage Data
Bastion Stars may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you run our Game Application or when you access the Game Application by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the parts of Game Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent in those parts, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Game Application by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We also create our own specific ID for you when you use the Game Application.
Analytics
Bastion Stars TD tracks gameplay information about the way players play the game, which includes game and player progress information that is essential for saving and protecting that progress. Analytics track elements of the game the players interact with most and least frequently, where players stop playing or play less, and other aspects of aggregate player progression through the game.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Game Application.

Information use
Providing and improving our Game Application.
To facilitate payments and communications between users; to provide and maintain the Game Application; to improve the Game Application; to develop new features, products, or services; to authenticate users; to perform technical operations, such as updating software; to validate our users and ensure their qualifications to use the Game Application; and for other customer service and support purposes.
Research and analytics.
To analyze how you interact with the Game Application; to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends; and for other research, analytical, and statistical purposes.
Storage of your personal information
The personal information we collect, as described in this Policy, is being stored on servers in Germany and the United States. You expressly agree with your personal information being stored and processed in those countries.
Security
We have implemented technical, physical, managerial and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, please note that no system or network is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use, disclose, or alter your personal information for improper purposes.
Delete User Data
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request to have all of your personal data deleted (including game progress on your account, information on completed purchase payments etc.). Please, bear in mind that you should decide to do so voluntarily.
User data deletion instructions:
1) Enter the game;
2) Tap “Settings” button (top-right corner);
3) Tap "Delete User Data" button;
4) Follow the in-game instructions to proceed.
Important notice!
Your current user account will be deleted without further possibility of being restored. However, you will be able to create a new account and start the game over.
